Cranberrry Plus Chewable Tablets - Recommended Dosage & Ingredients

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

The following dosage guideline outlines the recommended amounts for the daily administration of Sup Cranberry Plus Chewable Tablets. Note: During a UTI occurrence, the daily dosage should be administered every 12 hours.

1-11 lbs.	¼ Tablet
12-23 lbs.	½ Tablet
24-45 lbs.	1 Tablet
46-75 lbs.	1½ Tablets
76-90 lbs.	2 Tablets
Over 90 lbs.	1 Tablet per 45 lbs.

 

Feed the Chewable Tablets as a treat or crumble over the dog’s food at mealtime while monitoring consumption. Tablets are bilaterally scored and can be easily broken for accurate dosing. Tablets are formulated with a proprietary, highly palatable flavoring to ensure dogs readily consume the supplement.
